| Bluewater Awards PLEM Fabrication Contract to Trinidad and Tobago Fabricator |

Bluewater Energy Services B.V. has awarded a contract for the fabrication of a Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) and the assembly of 6 high holding power anchors to WeldFab Limited located in Claxton Bay, Trinidad. |

This award is made in full support of BHP Billiton’s commitment to promote the local technological development of the engineering and fabrication industry in Trinidad and Tobago.
In June 2003, BHP Billiton awarded Bluewater a contract for the design and supply of a single point mooring system (SPM) consisting of a square, turret, catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) buoy, and PLEM for the Angostura Project. |

Delivery of materials is expected shortly, and fabrication of the PLEM will begin immediately thereafter. The work will be carried out at WeldFab’s site in Claxton Bay, Trinidad with final assembly to take place in Chaguaramas, Trinidad. |
