Introduction

Bluewater is a leading provider of innovative Single Point Mooring systems (SPM) and operator of Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (FPSO). Since its foundation in 1978, Bluewater has built a technological lead specialising in design, development, lease and operation of tanker-based production and storage systems, and has become a leading provider of innovative Single Point Mooring systems.

Bluewater currently owns and operates a number of Floating Production Storage and Offloading Systems (FPSOs): the Glas Dowr, the Aoka Mizu, the Bleo Holm, the Hæwene Brim and Munin.

Organization

The HR Department is responsible for the development and execution of the HR policy and the establishment of an optimal work environment in order to contribute to the realization of the company’s goals and strategy.

Function

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Support of the organisation in all HR policy and employee relations matters.
Support and drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy in assigned division, departments and projects.
Driving the annual HR cycle, including areas such as performance management and compensation and benefits, and identifies and delivers improvements.
Advice on and ensures strategic personnel planning, performance management and talent management, in collaboration with management.
Contributing effectively to the recruitment & selection process in order to fill vacancies on time.
Ensuring the implementation and consistent application of social legislation and employment conditions within the framework, applicable (collective) labour agreement and company & industry guidelines.
Support with advice on the HR management of the team/the department, analyses and advises on HR implications and developments, and implement organisational and cultural change processes.
Taking care of all administrative actions related to the application and implementation of HR processes and applicable laws and regulations, in line with internal guidelines and local laws and regulations.
Representing Bluewater within the industry at career events and other HR related events.
Providing HR response to the emergency response organization as required.

Requirements

We are looking for:
A great communicator with strong planning and organisational skills. You initiate improvements and are able to handle personnel information with sensitivity and integrity.
You are able solve a complex set of practical issues for which expert knowledge, analysis and overview are necessary. You take ownership and are reliable in delivering results, you think and act across boundaries of responsibilities and you influence cooperation and ambiance in a positive way.

You also have:
• a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• extended knowledge of Dutch Labour Law
• over 5 years of experience in a HR advisory position, preferably in an international / technical environment, including recruitment activities
• an excellent understanding of the Dutch and English language, written and spoken
• MS Office skills and knowledge of HR tools and systems (f.e. ADP, Carerix)
