Bluewater currently owns and operates a number of Floating Production Storage and Offloading Systems (FPSOs): the Glas Dowr, the Aoka Mizu, the Bleo Holm, the Hæwene Brim and Munin.

Function

The Senior Integrity Engineer will act as the focal point for technical integrity and will provide specialist knowledge and experience to the asset teams. You will act as the delegated owner of Corporate In-tegrity management procedures and processes. In addition, you will be responsible for the develop-ment, implementation and execution of IM systems in support of the Asset team, liaising closely with other members of the Asset Team and Integrity Team Members.
Reporting directly to the Section Head of Maintenance and Integrity.

Main responsibilities for the Senior Integrity Engineer will include (but not limited to):
You act as the Technical Focal Point in integrity related matters and you technically review and accept integrity inspection scopes for Assets. You ensure and maintain both Pressure System and Structural Integrity of Bluewaters’ Assets. You monitor and report the Anomaly Management process on Assets.

Requirements

An expert who excels in understanding complex issues (in-depth or multidisciplinary) and who ensures constant renewal in the field of Integrity. A Senior Integrity Engineer who is able to make balanced and informed technical decisions under pressure and who has great communication and coordination skills. Related competences are social awareness, independence and innovative power. Furthermore, you have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in integrity/corrosion/mechanical engineering or related
discipline.
• Proven experience in working with Class Rules and other Regulatory Authorities.
• You have proven experience in managing people, third parties and contracts.
• Proven knowledge of UK offshore legislation and verification/assurance activities.
• Proven knowledge of Pressure Systems Safety Regulations and Pressure Equipment Directive.
• Proven knowledge of Risk Based Inspection principles and strategies.
• Proven knowledge of both internal and external deterioration mechanisms associated with Oil & Gas operations.
• Detailed knowledge of NDT techniques, their application and any limitations.
• Good knowledge of Integrity Management including tools and software.
• Flexibility to work at different locations.
